The Chef Table which dedicated to participated exhibitors and organized by ANUFOOD China had its successful closure on 23 September 2020 at The Happy Monk Guangzhou. Highlights of this event including 102 well-known buyer enterprises onsite, an amazing cooking demonstration presented by master chef, online view exposure reached 200,000 through the live room of this event.
During this 2-hour event, guests wandered in the embrace of global cuisine. A gourmet feast of ANUFOOD China was presented by the master chef Evan Chen. This event has attracted many famous buyers from importers, distributors, supermarket and retailors, e-commerce, catering and hotels such as Delion Food, LOTUS MARKET, benlai, Park Hyatt Guangzhou, etc.

With over 30 years’ experience in catering industry, as the head chef, Evan Chen is committed to communicating food culture with craftsmanship and meeting the high demands of international diners. Based on his strong passion for food, he kept promoting food culture and its stories to gourmets around the world and he has tirelessly focused on international food exchange. He once served as the star chef of the Australian Embassy State Banquet, as the food host of SBS Radio Australia, and as food guide guest invited by the first Australian host, Peter. His works were even included in the cooking textbook of University of Maryland in the United States.
