Hosted Buyer qualification verified and Business Matchmaking session slot confirmed by organising team

STEP3 Pre-match for supply and demand
Identify the sourcing needs of Hosted Buyers and pre-match with corresponding brands and suppliers

STEP4 Attendance confirmation
Confirm the list of sourcing attendees and sign the "Hosted Buyer Confirmation of Attendance"
