To further promote Chinese food in the world, deeply explore the cultural of local cuisine, and promote the integrated development of cuisine and culture, the “World Chinese Culinary Chef Challenge” was officially launched by Koelnmesse China and China Cuisine Association, aiming at guiding the international development of specialty, standardization and branding of Chinese food, and further make Chinese food a world brand.
