ANUFOOD China Partners with Meat International Group to Launch Global Animal Protein Online Summit
On June 16, ANUFOOD China (hereafter abbreviated as AFC) and Meat International Group (hereafter abbreviated as MIG) jointly launched AFC X MIG Global Animal Protein Online Summit in Shanghai. The summit is designed by the two parties to be a precise, professional and high level online information service platform targeted upon the meat niche market. The combination of the two parties’related resources will help facilitate the resource integration and service connection of the upstream and downstream of the meat industry.
Mr. Keith TSUI, Managing Director of Koelnmesse China, Mr. LIU Xiaofeng, director of MIG, and respective parties’ team members attended the launch ceremony.
Mr. Keith TSUI, Managing Director of Koelnmesse China, gave full play to the advantages of online meetings and delivered a speech via live broadcast. He said, "by adhering to resources and channels of Anuga, the world’s largest trade fair for food and beverages, AFC is confident to cooperate with MIG to provide the market a better communication platform for the market." The two sides are committed to providing a window of communication to the slowly recovering global economy, helping to match more domestic and overseas enterprises, gaining insight into the development of the industry and seizing the business opportunities of cooperation. At the same time, he further predicted that with the further stability of global economy and security, the online summit will be deeply integrated with the "Global Meat Plants Forum" hosted by both sides onsite at ANUFOOD China 2021 to form a more complete ecological chain.
MIG director Xiaofeng LIU officially launched the "Global Animal Protein Online Summit" brand image on behalf of both parties and gave his understanding. He expressed that "the timing was right for a strong alliance: the spread of the disease internationally and its recurrence at home has put a heavy veil on the global trade in animal protein. Poor exchange of information can affect transactions and undermine the trust that has rarely been built. On the basis that China has become the world's largest buyer's market of animal protein, AFC and MIG have the ability and responsibility to re-link the information and resources of the global frozen product market, give full play to the global resources of both sides, break the time and space limit in the field of animal protein, make use of the mature online conference technology, build a professional and systematic summit, and provide the market with more focused, more timely, more authoritative and diversified brand information conference services to help the recovery and development of the international market."
AFC Senior Project Director Helen LIN and Xiaofeng LIU signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the two parties. After the signing ceremony, the two teams had in-depth communication and interaction. Based on the preliminary market preparation and demand collection, they discussed in detail the deep integration of resources and the docking and landing of brand service.
AFC X MIG "Global Animal Protein Online Summit" focuses precisely on international fresh and frozen products trade, bringing authoritative and timely online meeting information service to the market. The first session will be held on 23 June at 8 p.m. At that time, the top analysts from the world's major production areas and the heads of domestic core enterprises will have a "face to face" exchange with the global audience, and jointly discuss the theme of "An outlook on global meat market under COVID-19" in the post-epidemic era. Please stay tuned.
