Fermented Food Zone
In ANUFOOD China 2021, "International Summit Forum on the Development of Greater Food Industry Cluster" was jointly held by China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries and Sinolight International Holdings Corporation. The official of the consumer goods department of the Ministry of industry and information technology attended this forum. In addition, over ten experts, from Big Data Research Institute of JD, Shenzhen Baoneng Food Research Institute, Meishan "China pickle city", Renhuai wine industry association and Foshan Sanshui District Investment Service Center, were invited to give thematic reports.
The participants made in-depth interpretation and elaboration on the industrial policies, park construction, technological innovation and driving, challenges and development trends of the development of greater food industry clusters at home and abroad. The forum provided new ideas and dimensions for the food industry, grasped the current situation and trend of industry innovation, and clearly expressed the opportunities and challenges of the food industry under the Healthy China Strategy. In ANUFOOD China 2022, China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries will organize a Chinese exhibitors group of fermented food.
