China Hotel Association is a national organization that represents nationwide hotel, lodging, restaurants and catering services. In partnership with the Association, ANUFOOD 2017 will host dedicated events: China Hotel Association Summit and cooking competition with the aim to highlight the Japanese Cuisine in China mainland.
